Add Stephen Curry's 86 "shoot off dribble" rating to the list.

Most of the elite three-point shooters in the league are purely catch and shoot guys. Curry is one of the few who has the ability to make deep jumpers off the dribble.

steph only shot 43.6% on pull ups, sure he took 44% more pull up 3's a game than the guy with the 2nd most, but that 43.6% is well-rated as a mid 80's # also his pull up 3's were sub 40%...

as a matter of fact ive got him @ an 85

you wana get real crazy ..the 2 best pull up shooters this year were power forwards.. that tells ya where the NBA is heading (dirk/ryan anderson*but only played 22 games*)

curry is @ #6 on the pull up list

if you want to be even crazier mentioning the pull up 3's as you did... dj augustin shot a higher % from pull up 3s.... yea the nba is weird like that

2K missed a few things with Steph's ratings imo. They didn't give him a closer badge either, which bugged me. The entire offense is dependent on Steph playing well, and the 4th quarter strategy is generally 'give the ball to Wardell and let him do his thing'. They also gave him volume shooter, which he is most definitely not.

Curry and a few other players need a sig skill where if they get hot, you can pull up from a few feet behind the line and still have a good chance of it going in. Call it "out the gym range" or something.

im hoping someday 2k will get rid of the zone shot ratings and go to ranges.

            0-3 ft, 4-7 ft, 8-12 ft, 13-19 ft, corner 3, arc 3, and 25-30 ft

that 25-30 isnt needed at all but it will help seperate guys like curry who have range from anywhere with guys who just barely strattle the 3pt line and cant buy a shot if they are even 1 step back
