When you equip the gear with stats for arms/legs, do you get the stat for each leg? or as a pair? for example if my arm sleeve gives me +3 mid range, and I equip one on each arm do I get +6? or do I need the set to get +3 mid range?

Just asking since I wan't to mix and match say, +3 mid range, and +2 3pt would that work?

Yes it would work, I currently have them mismatched.
