I know people have legit issues with the game, however Target is clearing it out brand new on both systems at $15 each. I got a copy for PS3 today. For $15 why not? Could it really be that bad not to grab it at that price? Hopefully the patch will come through on at least 1/2 of its promises but even if it doesn't...$15 bucks.

Yah, I saw it on sale for only $15 and was like... already?
Skipped NTG11 and Inside Line, but couldn't pass on this at that price... especially since Junior won the 500 this year. 
This is the first console Nascar game I have bought since Nascar Thunder 2004 for the PS2... which ironically is the last time Junior won the 500. LOL.
Hopefully, that forthcoming patch fixes some stuff like the unaware AI that everyone seems to be complaining about. If it doesn't maybe I can just do short caution free arcade style races.
