MLB 14 ratings scale?

Does anyone know of a ratings scale that I could look at for just normal, non prospect position players?

This is like asking Colonel Sanders if you can take a peak at his fried chicken recipe, or what 23 flavors are in Dr. Pepper. When I'm recreating an old player I start by making a scale of whatever the average stat is at whatever particular attribute I'm doing. For example if I were to recreate Carl Yastrzemski's 1967 Triple Crown season, I'd make something along these lines:
This one would be for Contact.
99 .357 (overall MLB batting average leader Roberto Clemente, Pirates N.L.)

There was a google spreadsheet floating around here earlier that served as a ratings guide for knight's rosters. I'll see if I can dig it up
