Operation Sports Forums - OS Post Draft League PS4 (FA and Draft Pick Updated Roster)

The 2014 NFL Draft is complete and I can’t wait till Madden 15 comes out to play current rosters so I’m starting another league with updated rosters that have all FA moves and 2014 draft picks and some select UDFA additions per team request. We have our own subforum here and we’ll use that for communication and weekly scheduling, we also have GroupMe for chat.

This should be super fun and we should get 3-4 seasons in before 15 drops, so If you’re interested please post or PM me your team preference and PSN ID. We'll start on the Monday or Tuesday following the draft so that we can get the roster set and add some UDFA's that people want added.

Gameplay: All Pro
Sliders: Custom (we’ve actually found a nice set that is super challenging)
Quarter Length: 10 minutes
Advance: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday 10:00pm EST.

Gameplay Rules:

- No manually moving players pre-snap on defense unless you stay in control of that player

- No switching players while the ball is in the air

- No going for it on 4th down unless behind by 28 or more or in the 4th quarter with less than 5 minutes to play

- No fake punts

- No onside kicks unless behind in the 4th quarter with less than 5 minutes to play

- No running the same play over and over again or just running the same 3-5 plays all game (mix it up)

- No milking the clock unless inside 3 minutes in the 4th quarter (less than 8-10 seconds continually)

- No dropping back 15 to 20 yards with the QB

- No Run/Pass commit in user games (the CPU Cheats it's *** off so it knows what your doing)

- No excessive hot routing (more than 1 hot route on consecutive plays)

- No moving any offensive player without then snapping the ball. You can't move a player to one spot and them move them back or audible once they've been moved.

- Each team must carry 3 QBs

- No playaction plays on 3rd down when it's over 5 yards

- teams must rush a minimum of 3 players at all times

Rules shall be amended at the discretion of the commish and addressed in the rules thread

Trades:

- Teams are allowed 2 trade slots per season.

- Trades must be submitted in the trade thread and approved by the commish prior to completion

Free Agency:

- All players cut need to be posted in the Waiver Wire Thread so all league members are notified.

- Once a player is released anyone can sign them to their team.
