CPU Roster Control

Ok, idk what it is, that is making this so confusing for me. But im literally trying to figure it out. Help please. Maybe I am over thinking it. Ive tried searching in here and on other sites and I am getting conflicting answers or the threads are to old.
I want to start a franchise, I want to control 1 team ONLY, I want injuries, I want to be able to trade and get trade offers, I want a budget and no force trades.
Do I want CPU Roster control ON or OFF?
I know CPU Trading On
Instant trade Off (I think its cool teams have the option to think about it)
Ignore Budget Off

No.....CPU ROSTER CONTROL is not what you want on.
You simply want to start a franchise.....check the box on one team and go.
(However....I strongly advise in choosing all teams...creating a second profile....setting everything to AUTO and assigning it to the 29 other teams.
It's the same thing as choosing one BUT still gives you the ability to change anything you want.

How do I create a second Profile? I wanted to do that since I'm using Dynamic. So I wanted one for rtts and then one for my franchise (so 1 isnt over powering the other) and 1 for the other 29 teams. BTW I have seen this a lot. Whats the benefit of having the 2nd profile in franchise if your having the cpu control the other teams?

To create Profiles.....go to USER SETTINGS......SAVE CHANGES...and CREATE.
Then go in and change the MODE SPECIFIC settings and the GAMEPLAY OPTIONS to how you want them.......save it and then choose EDIT NAME(so you can quickly see the CPU/HUMAN profiles without having to go look at the options)
The one that is on the bottom of the screen on the bar is the LOADED profile(for editing options)
When you want to assign them...it's the SET TEAM ASSOCIATIONS screen in the same USER SETTINGS menu.

If you have CPU RC ON.....or didn't choose all 30 teams....you'll have to start a new one.
Make sure that all 30 team boxes are checked....
I saw someone say that SCEA left out Baltimore off the assign profile page...but that is incorrect....but it was definitely that he didn't check (or unchecked) Baltimore on that first choose team screen.
You can't assign a profile to a team that you don't choose for franchise.

I’ve done all this and I sim season To see if it works and still no trades or injuries. Feel like when I change the team I’m controlling to manual it changes all of them. Even though the profile is different for the other 29. Help please

I've noticed in this year's game (coming from '18, I haven't played '19) that I'm not able to export a player at the end of the season with CPU Roster Control turned on. It allows me to export at the beginning, but as I sim (I haven't been able to pinpoint the exact moment in testing) I lose the ability to export sometime mid-season.

I've done this countless times in '18 to add some seasons under my created player's belt before I start my real season, but I'm stumped on what to do here. Is anyone else having this problem?
