This Slider set is strictly for Coach mode. You don't user control anyone. You put coach mode set to ON but, you have to do this outside of your CFM I believe. The thing that I like about this mode is more ratings of your players matter. The QB awareness and RB's ball carrier vision. Things like that. It really changes the way you sign players and draft. Enjoy.
