What Attributes,Sig Skills,Tendencies,Sliders would you like to see ADDED to 2k15?

Just wanted to get some USERs opinions as to what Attribute, Sig Skill, Tendency, Slider, or Coaching Profile would you like to see in 2k15. I will UPDATE this Post with everyone's ideas, so it will be easier for guys to Navigate. This is a QUICK List from me, so I KNOW I missed some things. I look forward to hearing your ideas.

ALSO we NEED a GUIDE as to what EFFECT each of these has on game. No sense in us having to take MONTHS to figure out WHAT effects WHAT.

    *** BRING BACK HOT SPOTS***

    Attribute

    Clutch
    Post Spin
    Post Drop Step
    Set Pick
    Pick N Roll
    Outlet Pass
    Turnover

    Sig Skill

PURE Point Guard(Will do whatever is Needed for Team to win)

Court Vision(Ability to see things one step ahead)

Bomber - this player will pull from 3 to 5 feet beyond the 3pt line. No penalty on 3pt shot rating.

Clock Manager - this player has a heighten awareness of how much time is on the clock. Will try to push the tempo to take advantages of two-for-one situations or when a quick score is need. Will slow the pace for one-shot situations or when in the lead in late game scenarios. Will have the ball rolled to them during the inbounds.

mis-match recognizer - this player would offensively recognize mis-matches and capitalize. would be tied to an IQ rating & would make a player know when to as well as get a ratings boost when utilizing a mismatch... like a G iso-ing ("over" dribbling) to penetrate or set up a jumper over a big or a big posting & pounding little guy

pace-setter - this would be reserved for players that bring the ball up the court (PG, SG & point forward types). this player would give his entire team a boost if he slows the tempo or speeds up the tempo accordingly when his team is on a run

    Tendency

    Bounce Pass
    Euro Step Layup
    Hop Step Layup
    Spin Layup
    Standard Layup
    Spot Up
    Isolation
    Pull Up Mid
    Pull Up 3
Crash Def. Boards vs Leak Out
Crash Off. Boards vs Recover on Defense
    Runner/Floater
    Fake Pass
    Straight Up vs Adjust Shot
    Sweep Through
    Step Through/Up and Under
Use Off Hand (Inside and Post Shots)
    Spot Up vs Cut
    Use Pick
    Use Off Ball Screen
    Set Pick
    Set Screen
    Driving Hook
shot attack on break - determines how often a player forces & attacks on a fast break

late shot clock shot - self explanatory

shoot after setting pick - for bigs after setting a pick on the pick & roll

    Slider

    Coaching Profile

Emphasis on Teamwork(The Lower the MORE 1 Superstar Dominates or gets the ball) Teams like Suns would have HIGHER Teamwork

Draft Logic(Higher for Team NEED, Lower for Best Available Player)- Hope it helps with CPU Draft Logic

Coaching Profiles: i'd like a multi-layered profile slider that looked something like this:

    Starters
    PG
    off - def
    skill - iq

    SG
    off - def
    size - skill

    SF
    off - def
    size - speed

    PF
    off - def
    perimeter - interior

    C
    off - def
    size - athleticism

Only thing I can think of is:

"Dribbling Efficiency" whether it is stationary or while driving to the basket to see how well the player can crossover while being guarded.

All plays should not be PG driven. A SG or SF should be able to start the offense from the backcourt.

Only other thing I can see is when the quarters are shorter than 12 minutes, the CPU needs to shoot a little bit faster to keep up with the user's pace.

This would belong in the animation department, but I would like to see them fix a lot of the jump shots. Ex. Kobe Bryant's was perfect until they changed it this year.

I would like for Techs and flagrants to be added which would require an attribute (or just use emotion). Certain players should get frustrated and take stupid fouls, force the issue, disappear on defence, etc.

Also maybe negative sig skills, such as "Chucker", "Locker room cancer", or "Lazy".

Over the course of a playoff series good coaches should have an adjustments slider. If a particular player is killing a team maybe send doubles right from the tip-off rather then once they get hot.

Help D, and on-ball D should be separate attributes. Some guys may be good man Defenders in the post but they struggle at rim protecting or rotations.

Technical and Flagrent Fouls are the only two types of fouls that continue yearly to be left out of the game, although with the Kinnect in 2k13 if you were playing online there were certain words or phrases that the Kinnect was programmed to give you a tech for.

I have said for the past two years that Technical Fouls should be tied into the "emotiona" of a player, the higher a players emotional rating the more likely he is to get a technical foul, but it can't be when that player commits a foul everytime, so they need to inclulde a little meter that as the game goes on, it should indicate the rise or drop of the players emotions and once it reaches a certain number thats when that player is walking along the line now of being given a tech.

Flagrent fouls don't need to be linked to a players emotion, but rather to what his "hard foul" rating number is. The higher the hard foul rating is the more aggressive of a hard foul that can be called flagrent can be determined. However, they should put anything above the shoulders is flagrent 2 and ejection like in the NBA.

Coaching Profiles: i'd like a multi-layered profile slider that looked something like this:

                  Starters
                  PG
                  off - def
                  skill - iq

                  SG
                  off - def
                  size - skill

                  SF
                  off - def
                  size - speed

                  PF
                  off - def
                  perimeter - interior

                  C
                  off - def
                  size - athleticism

& the same for the rotational players (4-5 main bench players). of course this could be outlined a little more precisely but i think this would aid the CPU teams in the line-up department

also as i've mentioned before; there should be a utilized seperate line-up setting for STARTERS & CLOSERS because as we know these are NOT one in the same.

Tendencies: i agree with everyone on the technical foul tendency but we're likely to never get that one.

attack on break - determines how often a player forces & attacks on a fast break

late shot clock shot - self explanatory

shoot after setting pick - for bigs after setting a pick on the pick & roll

Rating: tunover rating - i feel there should be a flat out rating for this as some players are just flat out turnover prone & some players rarely ever do. giving a rating to this would allow some of the players that are very valuable like Jose Calderon to have a higher overall without inflating ratings that shouldn't be when editing

Sig Skills: mis-match recognizer - this player would offensively recognize mis-matches and capitalize. would be tied to an IQ rating & would make a player know when to as well as get a ratings boost when utilizing a mismatch... like a G iso-ing ("over" dribbling) to penetrate or set up a jumper over a big or a big posting & pounding little guy

pace-setter - this would be reserved for players that bring the ball up the court (PG, SG & point forward types). this player would give his entire team a boost if he slows the tempo or speeds up the tempo accordingly when his team is on a run

                  * clearly most of mine would be more applicable for the cpu but hey... the cpu needs it! *

thought there'd be more activity in this thread... it's needed.

1st Post has been UPDATED. Sadly i dont know how much good this thread will do now. I made it at a time when they still had time to alter things. Now they SHOULD be in the Final stages.

I made the bellow comment on another thread, but think it somewhat applies here, while it does not refers exactly to something entirely new, it kind of hints to a new way of relating existing player and coaches attributes ...

                      ...
I would also love to see players OAw and DAw have a greater say on how oncourt actions developes ... affected/influenced by a coach presence (ratings/sliders).

This would surely aid the requested signature on two fronts, the individual and the team one. This way we should see good defenders doing their task within the schemes perfectly and bad defenders putting teams on a disadvantage, we would see teams whose coach favors one side of the court behave better than teams that dont. We could see the appreciable difference between IND starting lineup and its bench, both doing the same schemes but with distinct results. Bad teams doubling from the wrong side or not doing so at all, not rotating properly, overcommiting to the screen, etc, etc.

The same on the other side, with players not cutting or doing so into a crowded space, not making contact when doing screens or setting the pick the wrong way, etc, etc ... we would get the consistency/inconsistency of good and bad teams on both sides of the court, as well as their real life schemes.

Anyways, here is to hope for a much needed focus on player/team signatures, on capturing more of the sport sim basics and on providing the user with improved and expanded editability, customization and options.
