Well since it's the offseason lets hear some opinions you have on certain teams, rules, etc that many don't seem to agree with you.

I'll start by saying,, I thought these uniforms were awesome:

Overtime is stupid. Ties were good. They are better tiebreakers than crap like BCS standings.

Starting the game clock after a kickoff before a play was run was the best way to make the game go faster.....

Unless the ball is kicked out of bound or out of back of the end zone on a kick off, the returner should have to take it out of the end zone. No kneeling touchbacks.

Starting the game clock after a kickoff before a play was run was the best way to make the game go faster.....

You mean the rule that was used in the 2006 season that everyone complained about? What happened was teams with a lead in the 2nd half could run that much more time off the clock, and teams who were behind had to rush their offense out on the field to save time. It didn't make the game faster, it just made it significantly harder to come from behind in the 2nd half and mount a comeback, which was one of the main things that made college football so fun to watch.

The best way to make the game go faster is to not have commercials on change of possessions and not have instant replay reviews. Those are what made the game so much longer and forced the networks to demand clock rule changes. Since commercials and replay reviews added more delays during the game, they watered down the timing of the clock in various ways so that there would be less opportunities for each team to compete during a game.

I don't like stopping the clock to move the chains after a first down. If you want to speed the game up, get rid of that.

And I'm with Tovarich on overtime. I actually liked it better when there were ties.

I have always thought that rule is almost like a video game giving a boost to a losing team in order to make the game have an exciting finish.

Since college kickers aren't as accurate and it would add to the importance of recruiting kickers.

Sorry, it was sarcasm. I hated that rule. They made the rule so they could shorten the game up because games were going over 3 hours long. I know what you mean about commercials, but without them, more than likely, we wouldn't have games televised. We just got to live with it
