Where can you find a player's "real" OVR in CCM?

I thought I remember reading something about this in the past, but I could find the thread using Google...

I am in year 2020 in CCM and obviously the player ratings have changed. I understand how the schemes change the player ratings. What I don't understand is why certain players will have a different OVR when looking at them through the Progress Players screen, the Roster screen, and the in-game depth chart. Which screen shows a true OVR rating?

Also, is it just a dumb glitch that is causing a player's OVR to go down when I buy skill packages for them?

start a game, go to depth chart

real ratings revealed

figured those are the real ones because they dont take the scheme into account

If that's the case, my team is better than I thought! Have you had your guy's OVR go down after progressing them?

If anything, it sounds like you may have a bunch of players that are a bad fit for your scheme if their overall rating is much higher on the depth chart
