Who would you take?: Madden 15 cfm fantasy draft

Like many of you I have been aboard the madden 15 hype train for awhile. I really can't wait this year because I have been waiting to get a gen 4 system until madden 15 drops. My friends and I are going to do an online cfm with a fantasy draft. I wanted to see who you would take with your first pick. I think this def ties in well with the recent rating releases.

For my 1st pick I want Sherman if he's still there. I play him once a night online ranked matches now and even though he never gets any interceptions against me I tend to throw more picks because he often covers the whole right side of the screen and I fail to trust my reads.

If Sherman is gone others I'm looking at include

It's tough to say without knowing what pick you have.

Yea I have no idea so for sake of argument pretend you have a top 10 pick or better a top 10 and 20 or later pick

If QB accuracy matters this year I would snag a top 5 QB. If not either a top CB or DE. I personally don't value RB in madden.

Well the twitch stream with Rex made it seem like it accuracy does matter this year. And by the way the cfm would be 1 year 2 max but highly unlikely more than 1 so Peyton is a great pick

I'd say probably Andrew Luck. He's a durable, young, athletic, and accurate passer that would be a perfect QB to build around in a long running cfm. And like someone else said about the accuracy changes to the QBs a young stud behind center will be top priority.

I'd stay away from AP and McCoy, too many good RBs are available later in the draft. If you pick top 10 and a great QB is available, go for it. Newton, luck, Rodgers, etc. are far and away the most valuable players. If you only do one year, the older QBs are also worth it. If you pick later in the first, defensive stars are the way to go, such as Sherman, Haden, Revis, Willis, Watt, Miller, and Quinn are guys to target. It all depends on what you want to be your best unit.

Luke Kuechly. He is a young tackling machine who can be the cornerstone of a defense for the next decade.

Depending on how they stat him and if defense does turn out to be as , I might agree with this. The one problem is that Madden has, historically, severely undervalued the skills that make Luke great. Also, I would be willing to bet that Luke would be available in Round 2 or beyond. I'd probably go with a top mobile QB like Cam.

I'm a defense 1st type madden player. So I'm cb 1st rd unless there's no value left by the time I pick. The way I run my offense I think I can get by with almost any mid tier starters normally use the rams online just to hear the reactions of guys when you beat on them using the 9ers and hawks. Maybe Big Ben 2 or 3rd round and I'd be pumped

Would go defense first. I prefer an elite d end over every other position so either Watt or Quinn depending on what system you want to run. Theres always a decent amount of depth at corner, safety, and inside backer. Nose tackles for a 3-4 usually go fast too though. Good luck

I like to run a 4-4 so dt arent super important however I do plan on taking cb de qb t lb with my 1st 5 picks not neccessarily in that order.

Elite CB, QB, DE in that order.
