I'm playing 2K14 on the PC. I'm in my second year of a myCareer mode, playing with the Portland Trailblazers as a PF. We did alright in the playoffs the previous year and are in the top 3 of the conference halfway through my second.
However, on the Homepage for my team it says our team chemistry is at 3% while every other team in the league is above 7%.
How do I get our chemistry to improve? I usually praise my teammates in the post-game interviews and my Social Media says my teammate chemistry is at 100%. I haven't had any GM sitdowns complaining about a player or anything, and actually did the sitdown to say that "I liked it here." In games I set screens all over the place, rarely call for passes even when I'm wide open, and don't accrue bad shot selections. Not really sure what else I should be doing.
