DL special moves

I have searched, and maybe my words are off, but I cannot find a list of what the special moves are for a defensive player. Example: i push right on right stick (360), ans sometimes I swim, sometimes I spin, and sometimes it's the time-consuming shove-aside. Is there a list of moves? Would love a link/explanation.

Right = "finesse move" right
Left = "finesse move" left
Down = "power move"
Up = "break contact"

Speed moves can be spins or swims or "shove-aside." Which of these moves they'll perform depends on their FMV rating (the higher the rating, the more animations are available). You don't have a way to choose which moves they'll pick with the controller, only whether you do a finesse move or a power move.

Thanks.
I knew the basics of which direction did what, but I was hoping for some control over swim vs. shove-aside, as the shove takes too much time to be worth it. (So does the power move, which usually results in the pass getting off.)
Anyway, I appreciate the response.

What I've seen recently while testing stuff out, and I'm going to use the 4-3 as an example.

If you audible one of your DT's and one of your DE's to "blitz", using your other defensive tackle to bull rush, I've seen an increase of the quarterback panicking and trying to scramble. Leading to more sacks, QB hits etc.
