Indiana. The team is loaded with firepower and experience. They can't be much worse on defense, and they have a talented cornerback in Tim Bennett. I think that they could win 9 games and make a good bowl game.

I've got a few...

1. Michigan fields a top 15 defense. (Loads of experience and talent on every level. They'll give Michigan State a run for their money.)

2. Ohio State loses 3 or more games. (Braxton Miller will get injured at some point during the season and this time OSU doesn't have Guitton to bail them out. Their front four is special, but without Spence for the first four games and with a poor secondary, I don't see them hanging with Sparty and they could potentially fall to Michigan and Penn State.)

3. Trevor Knight becomes the best quarterback in college football. (Partially because he's got loads of potential, but also because he has an easy schedule. Knight isn't like Manziel. He's not as shifty or agile, and he has more of an arm. I think that Stoops is going to go back to his downfield passing offense as opposed to the rushing attack last year and it will serve Knight well. He should throw for over 4000 yards and 30 touchdowns.)

4. Florida upsets Georgia. (Georgia is a growing hype machine with nothing to show for it. Yes Todd Gurley is a beast, but teams can stop him if they load up the box. Hunter Mason is a conservative passer, and I don't know how he'll look on downfield throws and/or under pressure. Their defense is depleted and they already had a bad secondary last season. They have a pass rush, but that's about it. Meanwhile, Florida is a team that has more talent on defense and arguably has equal potential on offense. Driskel is the more dynamic quarterback with more experience. Kelvin Taylor has as much potential as anyone, and the offensive line is healthy and reloaded. This is not as much of a bold prediction as it may seem.)

5. Louisville upsets Florida State. (Petrino is a very good coach, and Louisville is one of the most talented teams in the ACC. That was evident in their romping of Miami. Yes, they lost alot on defense, but Strong recruited well and built some depth. Lorenzo Mauldin is a beast, and Louisville's cornerback tandem will be the second best in the ACC. Offensively, Will Gardner might be more physically gifted than Bridgewater. He's got great size, is athletic, and has a live arm. Obviously he's young, but by the time Louisville plays FSU, he will have enough experience. As for FSU, they're going to be great again, but it's tough to go back-to-back seasons without losing. This isn't as much of a schematic thing as it is a college football thing. On a Thursday night in November, something strange is bound to happen.

2. Ohio State loses 3 or more games. (Braxton Miller will get injured at some point during the season and this time OSU doesn't have Guitton to bail them out. Their front four is special, but without Spence for the first four games and with a poor secondary, I don't see them hanging with Sparty and they could potentially fall to Michigan and Penn State.

Spence is only out for the first two games....back well in time for the games with the Michigan teams and Penn State.
