Re: off line players left out in 2015
Be a GM (offline) is in the game for 2015, GM connected is not (online). What was done to Be a GM is anyone's guess but they did confirm it is included. -
Re: off line players left out in 2015
Such a tragedy...you still have a game mode you can play offline (Be a GM), people who play online got screwed, no EASHL, no GM Connected.Comment

Re: off line players left out in 2015
I am a little confused so maybe a moderator can confirm this. So there is no offline season mode in NHL 15 for PS 4? I have seen a couple of poster say this I was wondering if they are correctComment

Re: off line players left out in 2015
I went on EA sports website and on both articles for game modes on PS4 XBOX ONE and PS3 and XBOX 360 it's does not specify anything about Season mode. Sooo with that I am pretty sure season mode is in both gens they just did not state this because it was just obvious that is it in there. I hopeComment

Re: off line players left out in 2015
Like you, Im offline BaGM player. I understand the frustration of those online gamers looking forward to EASHL yearly. But I am frustrated as well with BaGM, even though its in 15, but as RAM said all the features are there.....except imo, they need to be overhauled because of poor AI logic in trades, cant control 30 teams etc.
Im inclined to hit EA back, again, by not purchasing this 15 even though the BaGM is still there, untouched.Comment

Re: off line players left out in 2015
We get that. It does not appear offline single season mode is in like in past NHL versions. I detest be a GM mode. This omission if true, is just as bad as the online modes that are out for everyone else. I've been posting here since 2002 and sadly the sports gaming industry is worse now than back then. SMH.Comment

I wholeheartedly agree with the industry worse now more than ever. It seems that either corporate is pushing things too fast, or the developers have simply come to the conclusion that they can release games with major glitches in them and still get a quick buck out of everyone with the promise of patches in the future. The problem with this is that patches could fix one thing and ruin another. Thus leaving us in an even more state of shock. We get that. The culture of game developing will not change until the consumer (you and I) stop filling their pockets. Anyone can jump online and say "Oh my, what a terrible product this is. I am not buying this years game" but the fact of the matter is when you have a scratch, you will itch it. For some, they can stop themselves but for most they have to grab the next title. What's worse is when the games have game modes intentionally left out and then brought back a few years down the road and touted as "new". Such is life.Comment

I don't understand how they can not include the most basic of modes....simple "I want to play a season with a team offline".
Stunning thing to gut out.
I don't play online at all, but I absolutely cancelled my order when I learned I couldn't simply play an offline season.
An amazing "joke" that they are trying to still charge full price for this beta/demo.Comment

Re: off line players left out in 2015
If you have an itch, put a lotion so you will not scratch it. In other words, find a fix, play the older version....or play another game. Thats what I did last year. It was so hard and was really tempted to pull the trigger and buy the game or even rent it. BUT refused to do so, replaced with another game and this spring got MLBTS that "fix" meI wholeheartedly agree with the industry worse now more than ever.
