Quick question on rosters, need quick answer

Was going to pick up a copy of fifa 14 for psi used to play till 15 is released. I hate having outdated rosters. Can someone just let me know when the last ea roster update was....if it wasn't fairly recent is there a place I can dl rostet file for ps4? Thanks in advance...

EA pushes out rating updates every week but in regards to player movement, rosters are only current up to the end of the seasons just completed except for MLS where players should be up to date (Beasley with Houston for example).

There's always a chance they'll update the rosters after the transfer window closes at the end of the month. If not, you could manually assign players but that's a bit of a chore.

Honestly, unless you have the money to burn, I'd just hold out for 15 at this point.

Well I had 14 for pc...my kid had a Wii u so we had 13...but I got the itch again and want to play it on ps4...money to burn? Not exactly...but I make it work

you can always download the latest team rosters (NOT THIS TRANSFER WINDOW as stated above) from the FiFA main menu....it takes a little digging to find but it is there....I am on xbox but I doubt there is a difference.

Whoa...it looks like even the winter transfers are off...still has Juan Mata on Chelsea

Make sure you download the latest rosters, Mata for sure should be on Man United along with all the other winter moves- should be in the customize panel

Hmmm....I don't see where to get then. I click on "download latest rosters"... I forget where it was, maybe around where team management was...it said I had the latest roster but that's what I had...is there another spot to get these where I'm missing?

That should be it, just make sure to save right after you download it (I think it should be automatic but just want to make sure). Also when you edit anything make sure that you save whenever it asks you too.

Lol. Yeah I appreciate it. I'm not that much of a novice...lol. I actually edit a ton for fifa on pc but something seems to be up here. I'm not sure why it's saying I have the current roster when it's clearly not loaded. I'll try setting up career and checking of "download rosters" during setup and see what I get. I don't have ps+ but that shouldn't effect me outside of online play. I'll give it a go again. I really want to get this done. I plan on updating rosters and some ratings/equipment and posting for you guys to use for the last month. You'll like em, if I can ever get started
