help with gameplan settings for simulating games
 

I've recently starting simming my games on ESPN Football on the PS2.
I had wanted to spend more time with the offseason contracts, drafts, etc so
I've been tyring to sim all the games during the season.

I've played with the gameplan sliders

run/pass
short/deep
man/zone

etc...

Any tips on what works best? The manual says I should set these
close to my teams strenghts.

How do I decide man/zone coverage?
I'm looking at coverage and agility ratings ... any other suggestions?

Should I blitz less or more ... how much is too much?
Should I blizt less depending on if I use man or zone?

What does the coever short/deep do? I can't seem to get a grip on this.
Frankly I wish I had more options with this mode and hope VC improves this
area of the game for this season.
