Take it back to the store, you might have a defective copy.

I'd check and see if you didn't accientally get the 360 version, as well. Otherwise, take it back and exchange it for a new disc.

I'm going to close this though, since it's more of a hardware problem than something about Madden specifically. Unless, of course, lots of people start having this problem.

When I first got my PS4 copy and the game was loading (It also was downloading a game update) I got the disk read error.
Got it about 4 times. I was obviously pretty miffed. Thought I got screwed from the guy on Craigslist.
So then I deleted all data and started again.. been fine ever since.

Just thought I'd share.
