Something weird just happened

This probably should go in the bugs section, but before I post there I want to know if it's happened to anyone else.

I come home all ready to continue my CFM. The game boots up prompting me as if I am playing for the first time. Basically for whatever reason my profile didn't load so I had to go through the process of creating a new one. How and why this happened I have no clue. Not sure if it's a one time thing, a bug with the game, or my system. Will try other games to help isolate the problem.

That happened in M25. I must of had that happen 50 times in M25 very annoying as I would have to re-input all of my settings.

Had that happen to me in M25 and FIFA 14 must be a EA thing and I'm quite a fan of EA!

Happened to me several times in Madden 25 and once with Madden 15 (EA Access Trial). I just deleted my profile and any downloaded files (Rosters, Sliders, etc...). That seemed to do the trick and I was able to continue my CFM.
Not sure about a reason for that happening
