NHL 15 Controls - Superstar Skill Stick, Hybrid & NHL 94 Controls

i personally prefer the hybrid buttons but i am also a noob

The controls are different. Now the right stick can toe drag and do most of the other skills by itself. Use left stick and right stick together for more advances cuts. Works well.

Gah...why can't we map our own button layouts yet? I'd love to play it like the hockey games I grew up with (a la X is pass, square is shoot)! I'm not the biggest fan of the modern control scheme.

Yeah the advanced cuts/pullbacks are actually pretty complex to pull off consistently. I consider myself a very good deker/stickhandler (not in a cheesey way) in these games, so hopefully when I master them, it actually provides me with a real advantage over those who can't.
