Gamestop pre order MUT bonus don't work

I entered the code and it says I got it. When I go to download the pack it says I need to go back to redeem the code to re-download it. I try and the code is already used. When I go to the MUT screen it says I have one pack to buy but, it only let me see the gold pack to buy but, they are another box behind it and I can't switch to it. Any ideas?

Pre-ordering doesn't give you all the packs at once, it gives you a pack a week for however many weeks.

I'm a bit confused about the GameStop pre-order bonus for the Xbox 360 standard edition.

I'm seeing conflicting reports across multiple sites (including here). To my knowledge, the only bonus was a stadium of some sort, but I wasn't aware of whether that applied to CFM or MUT. I haven't taken note of it in either game mode.

Now I see comments about bonus packs. Are you referring to the Gold Value Pack that you're forced to spend 75k coins or 100 points on, and can only purchase it once?

When calling my local GameStop (the same store I pre-ordered with), they just keep pointing me to my receipt, claiming it tells me what the reward is (and it doesn't). It merely tells me how to redeem my reward, which I've done and did not receive any packs via MUT. When attempting to redeem the code again, it obviously won't allow me to.

According to the message I got when I entered my code. I would get 2 packs for 5 weeks. Here it is going on Tuesday after the first week of the release and no new packs. I am like you. It forces me to speak 7500 for a gold pack. The sad thing is I want to get into MUT this year.
