I'm saying Madden 10 is still the best Madden ever made. I think its withstood the test of time and even with 15 out, I still say it's the best. But let's look why. The blocking and running game make it feel great and the problems i see with clipping on 15 put 10 over the top. Presentation also is probably jsut as good on 10. And in some ways better, especially because 10 has the NFL films music which really brings the NFL spirit to the game.
Graphics: Madden 15 easily. I don't think anyone can debate. Madden 15 blows 10 away
Gameplay: Defensively, I think 15 wins and is just more fun, that camera angle gives a unique fun, fresh perspective. Still got some bugs here and there, but for defense, Madden 15. The running game on both games is fun, but i still like how the blocking seems to be more polished in 10. I see less clipping in 10. The infinity engine is nice and more realistic at times, but I still think Madden 10 is a bit more polished for AI issues. If you have a broken AI, it can be make or break. It's not game breaking for 15, but some things that happen I would consider bonehead and I Didn't notice the AI problems in 10 like we have in 15. Gameplay goes to 10 for that reason. But very close.
Sound/Presentation: The commentary is probably a tad better in 15, but not much. The soundtrack Madden 10 might have been the best soundtrack they ever had, a ton of music, not to mention the amazing NFL Music from Sam Spence that you heard on the menu screens and instant replay. You can't beat that. Both had a pretty good halftime show, a bit lacking ,but at least they had one. Crowd reaction is better in 15 and they seem more intuned to what's going on in the game. Close call.
Final Call: Do reviews matter? Sometimes, sometimes not. But look it up, Madden 10 is sitll the highest rated Madden ever. Madden 10 is still my favorite Madden and it's not without reason, but it's very clsoe when I put it side to 15 which I still enjoy very much . Tackles look better in 15, graphics are better and the presentaion is slightly better. Both games have legends which is fantastic and you can create players too, fantastic. 15 does a lot of things right and sharing rosters to the world is a BIG BIG deal for me.... BUT.... continuous broken AI and clipping issues when you really dissect a play up close and the broken connected franchise (offline) for Madden 15 , I still say Madden 10 is a better game of football. Madden 15 is my #2 football game of all time. So don't think it's a slouch.
