Does the AI progress guys only in off season like I think it was last year?

You have the option when you start up an CFM to choose how often. weekly, every four weeks, or every year

I should have been more clear. I know of the options, but last year no matter what option you chose, the AI teams only progressed in the offseason.

Wondering if anyone's confirmed that this year, one way or another.

Only way I would suggest checking is check every week and find if players stats have increased or decreased

I have a question about this. If you pick monthly or yearly, should you also wait to progress your guys at the same time as the CPU in order to keep it all the same?
