Can't start play now games
 

Hey guys,

Is anyone else having an issue where they can't play games at certain buildings? I can't use the Bruins as the home team as the game just sits on the load screen after I've picked teams, jerseys, etc. I've tried various road teams to make sure it's not a roster issue and I've also used the Briuns on the road with no issues. Anyone else seeing this? I have a digital copy on Xbone.

Sorry to bump this guys, is anyone else having this issue? It started with the Early Access version. I can play with any other teams with no issues. Any time I start a game with Boston as the home team in any mode (Play now, Be a GM) the game freezes on the load screen that shows the game controls. Every other home team I've tested works. I've got the digital version of the game, I'm thinking about picking up a hard copy to see if that fixes the issue. I've tried refreshing the cache on my xbox, and deleting and reinstalling so far.

Would think that it would be something to do with the install, but you said that you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and that didn't work, so that is tricky.

My main question is, why would you buy another version of a game that is clearly broken for you?

Contact EA first before you do anything else. Tell them your issue and see if they have a fix. Odds are that nobody here can help you. If they don't have a fix you should demand your money back because it doesn't work. If you want to go and buy the hard copy after that then fine.

Far be it for me to tell you what to do with you money, but paying double for a broken game seems silly to me. Hope you get it working, man.
