Do sliders affect these types of games?
 

Does anyone know definitively if sliders affect:

1) straight cpu vs cpu games

2) Sometimes I start a game with a human controlled team vs cpu and then change the controller assignment so that it plays out cpu vs cpu.

Do the sliders still affect these 2 types of games?
