Gifting question...can you receive a gift of a finacial takeover at a level you already used or can you only use a takeover gift for a level you haven't reached yet?

Same question about giving a gift for a level you've passed or haven't reached yet.

Nope you can't gift an item you have already used at least in 14 you couldn't. But you can receive gifts from a level you haven't reached yet.

I've never done gifting, but what is so special about the getting the different boots? Is it just an appearance thing?

Hello all, I'm new to this but I need xp levels for my career mode. I'm on level 14 but I want to be able to edit players which is level 19 and also I want the underarmour which is like miles away from where I am!! I anybody can help me I would really appraise it!!
