My first badge is called "Stuck in Installation" ;)
Now, in all seriousness, why does 90% of people get the Spark Plug badge before others? Is it a linear proccess or is it just easier than most others?

I also have pet move size up and spark plug, also have cool and collected which I assume I got for icing a game at the free throw line.

Mine was high work ethic. Got it after taking shots before a game.

Do you have to equip badges manually like in NBA 2K14 or do they just apply to your player automatically once you unlock them?

I have Spark Plug plus Cool and Collected, but I couldn't find a place to equip them?
