Is my MyTeam glitched?

I've only been able to get into MyTeam once and when i did i chose a starter pack and it disconnected. Now, everytime i try to go into MyTeam i can see my players in the background from the starter pack but it still asks me to open up a starter pack. When i choose one, the mode always drops. Anyone else have the same problem?

Sounds like you should talk to customer support, it sounds pretty bad

I'm in the same boat and cannot get on. I'm on PS4, but there are others on XBox who are the same. I got in, lost my PSN+ rewards pack, lost my starter pack, bought a pack and lost that, tried to rename my team from "team 987874327" to my proper team name. Everything was booting me when I tried. Now I'm stuck at the starter pack selection again with error code 399e60e6.

No reply from support after 24 hours and a few tweets, but Ronnie keeps retweeting face scans. Go figure.

It's server based. It's messing up a lot of things.

I took a lot of time creating my myplayer. Only to find it resets every time I start up. So, I was like **** it I will roll with whoever is on my screen.

my team is finally loading this morning, but every aspect of it is offline, and I opened all my bonus packs, no KD throwback. So I got screwed out of my Sonics KD

Anyone else not able to buy a pack? Making sure that's a widespread issue with the auction house server down and not an error of my own. I'm able to play Domination so far but when I open up the packs tab, it's just blank.

I believe they turned packs off while resolving the auction house issue.

After not being able to connect to my team i restarted my game. Now everytime it gets to the page that shows all 30 logos it crashes and goes to the home screen. Im reinstalling but idk ehats going on.

It tried reseting my teams a few times. Went to opening video multiple times but my team always came back. This time is freakin me out. I couldnt even boot the game up, hopefully reinstalling works.

i can't access myteam neither, got the same problem as the OP, does reinstalling work? i bought the digital version.

SMH, sold Curry for 10,000,000 coins and when I cash in it just stays on the screen no payout.
