Should I buy NHL 15, I have NHL 14

I have NHL 14, not all that great, but pretty good. Is it worth upgrading to 15?

Not really. NHL 15 on last gen is just a roster upgrade for the most part. If you need the new presentation and rosters, then yeah.

I think it is worth playing on next gen, but it is obviously missing a ton of modes.

You don't need to buy 15 for the rosters since a few guys are currently updating 14 for the PS3. For the most part 13-14-15 are kinda the same game. I guess if you wait you could probably get 15 for around 30 bucks on BF. I think it is worth the upgrade I did but it is your money. They fixed the bouncy puck in 15.

I would say its worth the upgrade. For the PS4 it's just incredible; almost like you're watching a hockey game on TV. Lots of missing modes, but I'm mainly a HUT and GM Mode player so I find NHL15 quite enjoyable. Hope this helps.

I grew up in Michigan, and now all my friends in NC are either Duke or UNC fans, but with UNC's cheating coming out. [been out for awhile, but now we exactly what happened] I don't know, I cheer for them both passively. My true teams are MSU, Red Wings, Hurricanes, and Tigers.

If you have the money do it, if not don't bother, I bought it but after seeing what little EA did to the game I wish I had waited till it was cheaper or traded in a few games to cut down the price.

There are some really nice rosters available for 14 none for 15 other than the stock EA stuff. Puck is a little wacky in 14 but not as bad on the 360 version as it is on the PS3 version. If you have a 360 I would look for 14 cheap used the rosters are worth the few bucks.

Sounds good, but Black Friday I got NHL 15 for the 360 for $29.99....

I waited for the Black Friday price drop as well and don't regret it. At full price the game is worthless, but slash that in half and you have a very refined version of what was my favorite hockey game of the last generation. I'm still a little irritated they didn't try to change the aesthetics whatsoever, but new menus and stuff doesn't have any real effect other than tricking me into thinking I'm playing a brand spankin' new game. It's not brand new, a lot of copy/paste, BUT they tweaked a lot of the annoying stuff both on-ice and off, especially in Be A GM. If you spend most of your time in that mode or EASHL, and can get it at a discount, 15 is a definite pick up in my opinion.

Yeh, I mainly use BE A GM mode, or just online quick games. Thanks for the feedback!
