That's right, i'm back like in the movie Independence Day. I couldn't let you down. New job has been killing my time. So here's where i am.

My excel counter says i have 216 teams completed (that means for the newcomers: video watched on all new freshman (called mixtape for the good ones). I did the mid-majors first, then just finished the POWERS.

With the conferences shifting over the years, I have a POWER 8 and 7 mid-major conference

I will attempt to copy/paste all the schools I've done at the end. I definitely want to do at least 5 small conference before I release, then i have to go back and edit the lineups after the teams have played 3 games already and run some season sims for realistic stat purposes. thus I'm looking at a release date right after the Thanks G weekend is over perhaps that Monday night.

Now i have to get back to the editing as every second counts. here are all the teams done: (i tried to attach my excel file but they said "invalid"

360. i don't go higher than 84/85 so the player can remain in school for more years.
I haven't got to which players have the best ratings, that will depend on what team the player plays for. The top teams are gonna have the high rated players But there are some exceptions to sensational players.

When people download the rosters, if they want to players to graduate after 1 year, i give them specific instructions on how to do that. The bottom line is nobody knows who is gonna declare in Nov/Dec, it's all speculation.

This does work, but I think the BIG issue with doing this is that the conference prestiges dont change. If you move the B10teams to the MEAC, for example, the conference prestige for the MEAC will not change. Therefore, you have all these beefy B10 teams in what the game sees as a low quality conference. Im not 100%, but I think it affects the ability to schedule certain opponents and recruit. I think the main point is that the negatives of a mass rearrangement of conferences far outweighs the positive. ......

Luckily the American East was one of 3 small conf i completed in the summer (Ivy,Southland) Not sure if I'll get to recheck the division.

How to update conferences:
Go to LEGACY/ NEW OPEN LEGACY/
Turn the toggle "Custom conferences" to on.

I personally value to output more than the input, thus i care how the selection show looks and approx how many teams make it from each conference.

This game game has 6 POWER and 3 MAJOR conferences. Everything else the game engine labels small and mid-major. You can get 4 teams into the dance from the POWER or MAJOR conferences. Possible 3 max from mid-major (like a 8/9 team WCC/WAC conf)
This is what i personally am trying this season:

MAJOR: MWC = Big East 2014, CONF-USA = MWC 2014 2014 ,A-10 = A-10
POWER: PAC-10 = BIG 12 2013, SEC = SEC, Big 10 = Big 10 Big EAST = ACC 2013, Big 12 = Pac-12 2014.
if I have left over teams, then i kick out the worst. This is a very time consuming operation, which I don't mind because I play this game 5 months straight anyway.

I've been working steady lately and i'm up to 280 teams completed. i thought the way i was going, i could finish them all before the tentative deadline.

I have some of the sunbelt not finished but that's not a priority as I make many of those teams independents anyway. Neither is the NEC

I just finished the MEAC and SWAC and if you downloaded my rosters last year, you saw they shoot bad. Well this year that remains and i added athleticism, so don't let them get to the rim. Also since AMurray successfully transferred to the conf, then became an all-time gunner, it's starting to get ramp-id. Beacuse it's based on 2-3 games played, i can anoint gunners and there will be many.
