My Career Teammate Minutes Glitch?

I'm in my first year My Career as a PF on the Washington Wizards and I just noticed that my team's minutes rotation is ridiculously jacked up and leading to lost games. My player(75 rating) gets by far the most minutes a game at 37 while John Wall(86) and Nene(80) ride the bench at 6th and 7th man.

Wall is by far the highest rated player on the team and is only getting 25 minutes while Andre Miller(76) starts over him for 28 minutes a game. To make it worse Gortat(81) is injured, and instead of starting Nene, Seraphin(74) is starting while getting more minutes than John Wall who is the highest rated player on the team.

Is this just another My Career glitch that I just don't know about? Or could my team be tanking since they have the 6th worst record in the league with only 10 games left?

Pierce(81) - 22
My Player(75) - 37
Seraphin(74) - 28

Indded - and be prepared, very soon you will play 48 minutes (even when your projected minutes only say like 38).

I'm halfway through my second season and instead of playing 37 minutes I always play 30

Well, I would be happy to actually play less minutes. 48 minutes/game might be tied to your performance or even Beta/Alpha DOg badge. I only get subbed out when we either lead or trail by a lot of points (15 or so) - so 99% of games I play without touching the bench.
