How do you complete this and get VC in mycareer.

Is this the drill where you have to pass the ball in the post and attack? That's the only one other than the shooting drill I've had so far but I wonder why I didn't get to use my own player but some scrubs from the bench..

Can't be done, the CPU fouled me 10/10 times. Hard fouls at that, the drill needs to be fixed.
