Major Service Disruptions Continue for PSN, Xbox Live Up and Running Now
 

What appears to be denial of service attacks by hackers have caused major service disruptions on both PSN and XBox Live, causing outages for gamers during one of the busiest gaming periods of the year. While PSN is still down, Xbox Live has managed to finally get back online.

It's not clear when the attacks will be stopped, but at the very least if you have any online gaming plans in the immediate future, you may find yourself having to wait out the ongoing attacks. Of course there are single player options available, so its not like gaming itself has been shut down.

In the meantime, stay connected on the OS Forums and keep checking back for the latest, including when service is fully restored on both networks.

Poster boys for pro-choice these hackers are. Anyone who disagrees with that at OS is on their side.
