Free throw difficulty meter
 

So is the free throw difficulty meter just impacting user difficulty? I'm playing I think Superstar (or Hall-of-Famer? One of the top two difficulties) and using someone here's slider set and it's going well, but I can't seem to get the CPU to shoot a respectable percentage from the line. I'm shooting like nearly 90 percent, but the CPU struggles to ever hit 70. If I move the meter up, does the FTs become more difficult or easier? And is it just for the humans or also the CPU?
