    Takeover! A Sheffield Wednesday Career Mode(FIFA 15)

    W

    Takeover!
    A Sheffield Wednesday Career Mode

Well, I've decided to have at it, one more time. But this time, it's personal. As most of you here know, I'm a fan of Championship club Sheffield Wednesday, what you may not know is that after years of languishing in the Championship and in League One, we've been taken over by a wealthy, and motivated businessman by the name of Dejphon Chansiri who's recently stated it's his goal to have us back into the Premier League in time for the club's 150th anniversary in 2017.
So, in celebration of this tremendous news I've chosen once again start anew with yet another FIFA 15 CM. Here's the rules:
-Season One will play out like all of my dynasties do, OS Community Sliders, Strict Board, 1st transfer window closed, European Play Enabled.

-In Season Two however I've decided that I'm going to use a level 9 financial takeover in order to better simulate our new found wealth. With the takeover money I plan to purchase a first rate youth scout to shore up our academy(Which will be our main source of personnel), purchase a GTN Scout, and use the excess cash to bolster the squad. Unsure of exactly how much the takeover bounty will be, I may decide to forgo some of the funds for parity's sake(25 -30 Million is my limit I think, Thoughts?). This will be THE ONLY season I use the takeover.

-Other than that it's business as usual, Video Highlights, short written recaps, and of course all of the rest of the goods I try to provide in my dynasties. Wish me luck, please!

Wednesday Takeover Breaks Down Admits Mandaric

Owls chairman Milan Mandaric admits he was mistaken

Azerbaijani businessman Hafiz Mammadov's proposed takeover of Championship side Sheffield Wednesday has broken down.
The Owls announced the change of ownership had gone through on 10 June, but chairman Milan Mandaric has confirmed that the deal is no longer on the table.
"Our supporters were extremely excited when the takeover was announced," said Mandaric
"Like me they believed Mammadov offered a great opportunity for the club."
He then added: "In hindsight my desire to please our supporters probably clouded my decision to grant further time for him to complete the process."
Mammadov, founder of the Baghlan Group, also owns Azerbailan side FC Baku, and French Ligue 1 side RC Lens.
Former Portsmouth and Leicester City owner Mandaric, who took over in December 2010, had been openly looking for someone to buy him out for some time, but always insisted he would only sell to someone who could invest in the team.
"Whilst I hope that Mamadov will very quickly overcome his difficulties in Azerbaijan, I cannot allow this continued speculation to continue with the season fast approaching."
Mandaric will now continue his three and a half year spell as Owls owner but will still be on the lookout for a potential investor.
"The club, as always will attract people who are interested in acquiring a top English football club.
"I will explore every serious possibility and if I believe that there is someone who can accelerate our plans to return this club to the Premier League then I will do all in my power to welcome them to Sheffield."

Owls Ease Past Wimbledon In Extra Time

Lewis McGugan levels the match in the 70th minute

Substitute Lewis McGugan's quick strike answer to Adebayo Akinfenwa's 68th minute goal set the stage for the Owls rousing come from behind 3-1 extra time victory over hosts AFC Wimbledon in their opening round Capital One Cup clash here at Kingsmeadow.
New Boys Felipe Melo and Will Keane provided the difference with goals in the 97th and 103rd minutes of the first period of extra time.
The victory should come as a welcome bit of news for Wednesday fans still bitter at the recent failure of another takeover attempt, this one by Azerbaijani businessman Hafiz Mammadov.

Billy McKay's brace paved the way for the hosts

Two goals from Billy McKay, another from Grant Holt, and a few timely saves from GK Ali Al-Habsi proved to be the recipe for success for Wigan as they opened the 2014-15 Sky Bet Championship campaign with a convincing 3-1 victory over visiting Sheffield Wednesday here at DW Stadium.

                    Hi Orion !

I loved to follow your career with Shalke 04, especially with the "FIFA 15 OS Community Sliders". The matchs are so nice to watch.

Good luck for your new career in Championship

I just wanted to know if you're using exactly the "FIFA 15 OS Community Sliders" presented at the 1st page by Matt10 (http://www.operationsports.com/forum...y-sliders.html) or if you have make some adjustments ?

Do you play with World Class difficulty at home and Legendary difficulty at away ?

Do you play matchs of 10 min or 15 min half ?
