madden 16?
 

Any one surprised that we have heard nothing about madden 16 yet? I have not really liked a madden games since like madden 06 during the gamecube, xbox, ps2 gen but I keep hoping that one day madden will be great again as I am tried of not having a football game to play. Madden 15 would have been the first good madden in a long time if not for the sack issue. I figured by now we would have some madden 16 news so I am pretty surprised that we have nothing at all yet.

We probably want see any info until around draft time just like last year. Since there is no longer an ncaa football game. EA can choose when they put out the info about the next Madden. But it probably will be around draft unless EA decides to do it sooner. I wouldn't expect anything any time soon.

Agreed. News will only come out very slowly roundabout draft and we'll only get decent news when E3 is around.

We are only half way through March, it's way to early for news about the next Madden.

remember that year we got that surprise onside kick video at half time in the super bowl?

that set an unnecessary precedent.

EA doesnt make enough improvements on an annual basis to necessitate putting info out earlier than May or June.

How long do people really need to process...

-Roster updates
-Slight graphics upgrade
-New and/or improved cash grabbing online feature
-Negligible gameplay improvements
-Negligible franchise improvements

?????

No....they will start releasing vague snippets of info that build unwarranted hype around the draft, and then likely at E3, they will release all the info.

In the past I think we got news right around super bowl so I would say it is late to not have any news plus the draft is latter then it used to be so we shouldn't have to want for draft to get news.
