looks like VC's new strategy is to sell low to gain marketshare for the next few years (as evidenced by their statement in the press release earlier this week). good times for football fans! even if you only KIND of like ESPN Football, you should buy this game. It's a great game at $50, but for $20 this game is highway robbery

I won't believe that price until I go into the store and pay for it and why is gamestop showing screenshots of ESPN 2004? I think that it's a hoax.

... Not a good idea. I love the fact that I'm saving money, but not a good idea at all. I'll wait until the price has been confirmed.

Definitely a mistake. I wonder if you pre-order now if you can lock it in for that price though.

EDIT: I think they were suppose to drop the price on 2k4 not 2005 since the screenshots are from 2k4.
