DD Glitch

I was batting in the top of 2nd in my game. My opponent hit me and now everyone just standing there. Anyone else experience this?

Just went to intentionally pass my opponent the to setup a double play and the game froze. After a couple minutes of nothing happening, I just closed the show down and he got the win.
