Just started myteam

I would like to know the most efficient way of getting the myteam coins. I began MyTeam about 2 weeks ago I have a decent line up.
Tony Parker
Kyrie Irving
Kawhi Leonard
Z. Randolph
Lamarcus Aldridge.

I like them but need some advice on who/what type of players could make this team better and bench suggestions. like underrated silvers etc...

Finish domination. It's really easy and you can get a lot of players you can keep or sell.

Suggestions on how to get the higher number credits required in a game when you play the more difficult teams?

Finish domination first, then do some of the more rewarding challenges. Do post fades with LMA if you don't score on the break, youtube will help you.

You can go for a good defensive big like Eaton, but Mikan from the challenge will do. I wouldn't spend too much on players right now, safe up for Lebron as he'll be one of your best players forever. There are some threads on underrated silvers on the forums, look around. Also, use the VC from the app to open the cheapest packs to build your collection and possibly pull something good.

If you have a challenge that says only 3 gold players. does that mean you can still use onyx,ruby, or emerald cards if you have them?
Im trynna figure out if I want to buy either Ruby Jimmy Butler, Gold Wade, Kobe, tim duncan or anthony davis.

Three golds means just that. No gem players at all. No sapphire, emerald, ruby, onyx, diamond, or pink diamond. Just three golds and the rest silver and bronze.

You can search youtube or even the domination thread on here for more detail. The best thing to do is set your squad to rebound on offense and run on defense. You want to score as fast as possible and double or sag off on defense to speed them up. Use someone like dirk post him up so you get an assist and post up move with a score. Shoot one 3 or only enough to keep a high percentage. Try to keep a high foul percentage too.

My favorite silvers are:

Goran Dragic -Get him some gold finishing badges like transition finisher, euro step, hop stepper, and he's golden inside. He's a great defender and has hot zones where I frequently play.

Kyle Korver - Get him that gold deadeye, microwave, limitless range, corner specialist and he will be on fire in two shots. Severe liability on defense though.

Caron Butler - Gold Hop Stepper and acrobat or microwave and he will carry you through the beginnings of RTTP with ease.

David West - 95 Midrange. Enough said.

Larry Sanders - 99 Block, very tall, great rebounder, decent badges.

Honorable Mentions: JR Smith, Courtney Lee, Gerald Green, KG, Gortat

I'm a massive badge advocate if you can't tell, but they seriously make a difference. Get somebody a gold Deadeye badge or Tenacious rebounder and you will see.

Silver Klay Thompson is better than Korver as he is great defender too
Silver Vince Carter is great as he is great shooter and driver too only for 2k
Vucevic is fantastic rebounder and good scorer.
Pau Gasol and Keneith Farried are great PF.
I wouldn't spend money on badges for the silver players or try to buy silvers that already have them. You will finish the silver seeds quicky enough even without them so keep them to have more available budget for the unrestricted seeds

You already have a good core. Don't need much more to advance far into Domination and may pick up some additional pieces along the way. I would hold off on buying anyone particularly expensive until you finish Domination, as you have a good chance of winning some good players when you beat the Cavs and All-Stars.

As others have said, just spam post-fadeaway. Aldridge is perfect for that, and Randolph is pretty decent too. Mark Eaton is an economical pick-up for a strong defensive anchor who boards, as is Robert Parish, who also has a strong PFA shot. With these Centers, then you can split minutes between LMA and Z-Bo as starting/bench PF. If one of your PF's gets injured, use this as an excuse to pick up a Gold Nowitski to handle PFA spamming.

The other routine way to maximize MT is to make sure your team runs the fast break and to push the ball up the court for the +4 Fast Break and +3 Dunk/+2 Lay-Up bonuses. With +4 Assist and the standard +2 Shot Made, this can actually be more lucrative than PFA spamming...and is by definition more economical in terms of game clock. You already have a good, fast guard for this in Kyrie and some other cheap options are Silver Oladipo, Gold Monta Ellis, Gold Westbrook.

I too have just started MyTeam (been MyPlayer rec since launch) and although i've read several blogs and watched some youtube vids on how to earn money in MyTeam I'm having ZERO luck. I'm making nothing in the auction house and any time I play a person I get killed...my best player is Steve Novak going against guys with decent teams.

Im new here but I'd imagine this gets asked a lot...so if so feel free to throw some flame my way. But figured It dont hurt to ask. Would someone be interested in overpaying on some cards I put up to help me get started? I'm not asking for millions of dollars (although I wouldnt turn it down) but just a few K to get started. If you'd consider helping me out my GT is Xi YanKs iX if not I understand 100%. Hit me up with a message or friend request. Enjoy the Playoffs.

Play through domination, you'll get a bunch of gold players that way. Then do some of the challenges for the better players, such as 'Nique and Mikan.

domination is against the computer right? I've had enough of playin against the computer while maxing out my myplayers...guess myTeam just aint gona be my thing. Thanks for the the info on this post tho...prob help some newer guys out like myself.
