Anyone care to post their lineups? Very curious to see what people have as of today.

either the 1 pic lineup or the full lineups, or even text it's all good.

As for my own lineup:
temporary lineup, been doing collections to get the legends I wanted in.
Got Miggy in one of my 15 Aniversary Edition packs. And built from there.
Using the expos logo/jerseys until I settle on my own name.
I don't have any good pitching besides Lester, so I will need to work on that.



Played a few games with this lineup and the hitting is so damn easy hah!, not to mention the stellar defense. Really happy with it. I wish I could sell the Legends though, because I want to build a more current and balanced team, and not one that is this OP.
Having a team like this just takes the challenge out of the game in the long run imo.

I completed the Phillies & Red Sox collection, so I have some nice players, but I want to work my way to getting another solid pitcher and a replacement for Utley at second. I wasn't a fan of Ortiz or Pedroia... So I fed them to my DD player hahah.

I haven't spent much time building my team but this is what I have with the Anniversary Edition. I have lots of lefties but I imagine I'm still tougher against LHP.

Am I allowed to drool @ your lineup? And you have Ted Williams in there, well damn! (not to mention Schmidt). Good pitching too.

lol that makes complete sense. If you complete the collection, you're forced to keep those 2, and I don't see myself using them either. I'd probably do the same thing.

I'll post a pic later tonight when I get done with all of the Easter festivities, but until then I'll just post my lineup.

C: Victor Martinez (I know, hes out of position but I cant afford Posey yet and Molina was awful for me. At least he used to play catcher. Right?)
1B: Paul Goldschmidt (Not used him for too long, but in the short time I have hes been pretty mediocre)
2B: Joes Altuve (IMO, best 2B in the game)
3B: Evan Longoria (guy is a monster. He's a good mix between Beltre and Machado. He's got good hitting along with great fielding. Not that Beltre isn't good at fielding, he's just a bit too slow to really charge in on choppers and gun em out)
SS: Jose Reyes/Ozzie Smith (Jose is the better hitter by an absolute ton and isnt atrocious defensively so I tend to use him more even though I'm a diehard Cards fan)
LF: Carlos Gonzalez/Starling Marte (Cargo gets the start if its a righty and Marte starts if its a lefty)
CF: Andrew McCutchen
RF: Giancarlo Stanton (Not sure about him. I tend to get a lot of "good" timing swings that he comes up empty on. When he does get it though he really crushes it)

Rotation is as follows

1. Clayton Kershaw (pulled him two nights ago)
2. Adam Wainwright (pulled him the first night)
3. Zack Greinke
4. Ryu (got for free after a game. Wouldn't recommend him though)
5. Carlos Martinez (guy is an absolute monster. Take away the fact hes only an 81, he puts out performances you'd expect from Wainwright)

I refuse to put any money into a broken game and it seems your chances of getting a good card for playing games is slim to none I have a few good players but too many glitches for me to enjoy the mode.

1. Craig Gentry 73 (99 drag bunt, 92 speed, 98 steal. I pulled him and almost sold him before I thought "no... this is my new leadoff guy" haha)

My team isn't that good outside of a few guys, but I've been able to hang with the CPU on Legend until it decides to start killing me in the 8th and 9th innings when I'm looking like I might win.

I didn't get the anniversary edition so no free packs to start with. I did put in $10 to get 12k stubs and bought 12 packs, and I've also done a fair amount of selling off cards to get stubs to buy additional packs. All in all I've opened maybe 20 packs, 96% of which was straight crap. I haven't bought any players on the marketplace, every guy on my team was pulled in a pack or given to me by the game as part of the random rewards or whatever.

I agree with everything you said about all your starters. Very solid defensively too, not to mention crazy good pitching

I can respect that, but what are all these glitches that you are talking about? Game's been out less than a week, pretty sure they will put out some patches. Just give it time

mucho respect for that.
Ideally that's how I want to play.
But I like doing collections, so I have no choice but to buy players on the market.
Another motivation for getting players yourself (from packs) is that you get the real player protrait. It's a minor detail, but I like having the real portraits, not the generated/generic ones

I like this trend of not speding money/not buying packs.
Could also mean SSD might wise up and actually up the quality of their packs, because we know they're not very good.

Hows Hughes as a closer? I have him in my deck, but not activated.
