Something must change. This is unacceptable. Really kills the realism. Oh and he was almost safe because of the combination of everyone's amazing bunting skills and my pitcher/catcher's complete lack of urgency every time this happens, which is at least 2-3 times per game regardless of opponent or situation.

Yeah i seen this a few times middle of the lineup guys bunting on 2-1 counts with nobody on or with 2 outs rarely happens but still

I've had Trout try to bunt for a hit before. This game goes a little overboard on that in RTTS. As a first baseman it seems I see about 3 to 5 attempts per game by the other team.

Even the CPU knows that bunting is OP in this game.

This was a big issue for me in RTTS last year, hate to see that it may still be there. I got so sick of seeing it, it was one of the reasons I had my RTTS player change to an outfielder.

I can sympathize......
A few years back...I would edit every player(who shouldn't be drag bunting for a hit) to have his DRAG BUNT to 0.

I'm not sure if the attempts are still tied to that though(I seem to remember that changing)

I don't know about you, but seeing 3 bunt singles per game seems like a big deal to me.

It is definitely still in RTTS. Drives me crazy as a third baseman.

Is it a specific problem with being an infielder in RTTS? Does it still happen if you are an outfielder?

I had an outfielder last year and do not remember seeing this issue.

I don't know if they bunt for hits any more or less when you play the outfield but at least in the outfield it won't force you to watch their bunt attempts.
