NEW BackBreaker PC Editor 1.2.0.0

I've released a new PC roster editor for BackBreaker football. The editor is similar to my other APF and ESPN 2K4 releases.

Features:

• Globally edit player ratings across teams and selected player rows.
• Import/Export Teams, Logos Only, or Players Only.
• Depth Chart edits.
• Works with PS3 and XBOX files. (Needs special resigning/rehashing software for each system type.)
• Ability to convert roster file from XBOX to PS3 and vice versa.

Limitations:

• It ONLY works for "MY TEAMS" saves. It does NOT work for RTBB or Season mode saves at this time. Hopeful to add that some time this week.
• You can have less than 32 teams, but they must be in consecutive order. So slot 1,2,3,4,etc. If teams are saved with spaces in between (1,4,6,etc.), then won't load correctly.
• You still MUST resign/rehash the gamesave after saving it in the Editor in order for it to load in game. I don't have the ability to add resigning/rehashing to the editor. You can use any resigner you feel comfortable with. I used Horizon for my testing with no problems. PS3 has one called PS3 Bruteforce that should decrypt the files.

Since this is the first release, I suggest you make backup copies of your saves before editing them just in case.

I'd really appreciate this. I tried using Bruteforce once in the past and it kept saying I needed a different version of something. It was a long time ago I'm sorry I forget what it was.

Is Bruteforce the only way we can rehash a PS3 save?

I'm not too heavy into the PS3 "scene" but from what I remember it's the only option. I've heard people having trouble with the initial install, but once you're past that it's pretty much 2-3 button clicks and you're good to go.

Do one of you guys want to convert an Xbox 360 save to a PS3 save and I will test it out on my PS3 to see if everything works properly?

No problem. If/when you're able to add PS3 support to APF feel free to post it in that thread too. I'm sure it will help some people out.

Is anyone working on a 2015 Backbreaker NFL roster?

Also, Javo - how do you turn an XBox save file into a PS3 save file using the editor? I have been trying the "Export to PS3" button but I do not think it is working.

Glad to hear the editor is working.

1. Open a valid XBOX 360 roster file in the editor.
2. Click on the "green" XBOX icon in the menu.
3. Select a valid PS3 roster file.

This should convert the PS3 properly.

Anyone editing this in 2018??? I'm so desperate for new football games I just ordered backbreaker. Is there a new link for the editor? Since that link sends me to century 21
