No cheap plays etc... general stuff
Start At 1* as Cordinator
Only move on after at least 2 years and only to a school worse in prestige if going from OC to HC, or at least 2* better if going to another coordinator job to prevent lateral moves
Recruiting Rules
I aim to recruit as my prestige dictates I should, so I found a good set of rules:
-Only target kids that I am in top 10 of
-In-state: All allowed (Still must be in Top 10)
-Pipeline: Prestige +2 (This emphasizes pipeline states)
In region (Bordering States): Prestige +1
National: only team prestige
Scholorships
Based on previous year's win total (Simulates booster funding)
1-9 Wins: Number of wins +10 (Ex: 6 wins= 16 Scholarships)
10 Wins- 23
11 Wins- 26
12 Wins- 30
For every bowl win: +3 Scholarships
Conference Championship: +5 Wins
No scouting until committed
Now here's the hard part: The total number of scholarships is the number allowed to offer, not the number of commits. So if I have 20 to offer, but only pick up 12 commits, I only get 12 recruits. This makes it harder, and adds a lot more pressure onto signing day.
