Standard Packs Nerfed?
 

Built a team where I only use players given after games or from standard packs. In the last roughly 175 packs I've bought, I've received 2 gold players, 1 diamond player, and about 10 gold equipments. Zero diamond equipment. (I've never received a legend from a pack.)

Is anyone getting good cards from standard packs anymore?

I don't have many points, but in the past 10 packs I've opened I've had at best an 82 player and maybe 1 gold item? But mostly pure crap.

Last night I opened a standard pack that had 2 golds. Freddy freeman and cliff lee. Both not good enough to start and didn't need them for collections so a good cash in there for a standard pack. Only pulled 1 diamond (Miguel Cabrera) and 1 legend (mike Schmidt). Sold Cabrera and schmidts been in my lineup non stop.

I've opened between 500-700 packs. Have never seen 2 great cards in 1 pack.

Cliff Lee is good enough to start in anyone's rotation. A good user with Lee is impossible to hit.

I could have started him but I only like having 1 lefty in my rotation and David price is that guy for me. 7-3 2.33 era with price. Best pitcher I have next to seaver who is 9-3 2.2 era. I used lee for a couple games bc I've had him before and he was ok just didn't really care for him.

For me, Lee has the best control of any pitcher I've ever used in this game. Price is awesome too of course, but it takes some skill to use him. I can light up a mediocre user with Price, but a good user with him is pretty brutal.

I only bought a few standard packs and didn't even get a bronze so I quit buying them.

After the first couple of days where I got multiple golds and diamonds I have got barely anything so I quit buying them because I know I'll get addicted lol
