If my guy has 99 speed, power etc, will equipment take those stats above 99? Wondering if this gear I have on my guy is a waste right now.
Does equipment take your created players individual stats categories over 99?

Does equipment take your created players individual stats categories over 99?
I've seen debate and chat about this all around the net but no true answer. I know it works in rtts, but I haven't seen confirmation on DD.

I'm not saying you are wrong, but can you point out some proof to this? From the devs or in game?
Obviously it only shows 99 regardless, in game. So I am curious how people are sure of this.Comment

One of the dev streams (before the game came out) mentioned this. Also, when you preview the lineup during the game you will see 99 OVR attributes and then plus points in blue parenthesis.Comment

You are correct, I also hate when people just point out yes or no and do not give any input were the information came from. Baseballsim is right, I also heard it on a stream from dev's.Comment

The devs stated you can go over 99, but what that does was not really discussed. Since we've only been able to see what a 99 in each rating results in gameplay wise in the psat it's hard to tell what difference say 99+10 makes in terms of gameplay.Comment

I think I can tell a difference in the arm rating. My CF has a rocket arm.Comment
