Re: NHL 16 Gameplay via EA Forums
I'm...just speechless. I agree 1,000000% with you and I think our suspicions are confirmed as to why they aren't showing gameplay yet.
Same commentary, same gameplay....goalies look different yes, but very hard to see ANYTHING different about NHL 15 and 16 right now besides goalie stances and the new NBC logo..
Oh and im sure we'll hear how its early gameplay and all that stuffComment

Another of these videos where the guys playing are bad and the gameplay looks the same. Will not judge in this post.
And I really hope that was on rookie.Comment

The game settings they were playing with made this look like a damn cartoon. I think with the proper sliders, it would look much better. That said, kinda looks like 15 for sure.Comment

Re: NHL 16 Gameplay Video - Detroit Red Wings vs. New York Rangers
Maybe if we see a video where they set up plays, instead of taking one player all the way down the ice and doing that pass to get a goal trick. How do people want new gameplay if all they do is the same plays?Comment

Re: NHL 16 Gameplay Video - Detroit Red Wings vs. New York Rangers
One frustrating thing to see from that is the AI defense still seems to play way too far away from forwards, and they still constantly stop and start, so they're always too slow to be in the play. Hopefully that's just the difficulty settings.Comment

Re: NHL 16 Gameplay Video - Detroit Red Wings vs. New York Rangers
I agree that it is hard to see something, positive or negative, when random players just bump at each other, trying to hit each other as a means of defense (duh!). No setting up for offense just quick shooting trying to score...these kind of game tactics make my OL experience awful.Comment
