MADDEN PS4 PRELOAD NOT SUPPORTED?

I noticed on PS4 it doesnt advertise Madden as a pre loadable game. A lot of PS4 games say if preload is supported but madden says nothing in regards to it being pre load compatible. Anyone know?

I preordered mine on PSN and it says it's playable at 12pm eastern time,so I'm assuming it will preload.....may be just an oversight.

The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence. If the game is advertised to be playable at midnight EST of the 25th (and it is), it HAS to be preloadable - there's no other way for that to work.

Like someone else has already said since it's going to be available to play at midnight on the 25th we will be able to pre load it. PSN usually lets us download it on the Sunday before the release.

I don't see 'playable at midnight' as confirmation of preloading, just that is when it's available. Hopefully that gets clarified for those that need it.

OP, it'll be preloaded. Sony's store website doesn't say it (I actually don't think it explicitly says it for any game), but the description includes the wording of it being playable at midnight on release day, which is their standard wording for a preloadable game. It'll be good.

lol Sony mess up everything in PSN Store.. there are 3 games disappeared on my library games list to download so i don't see Metal Gear Solid V phantom pain, Until Dawn and NBA 2k16 from library games list.. Sony need improve better PSN. Yes Madden 16 will have preload.. it preload on August 23 at Noon on Sunday

I was able to preload Project Cars, a much smaller game in comparison to Madden. Madden will be able to pre loaded.

Pre loading was/is a big feature for current gen consoles it will be supported

Preload and Day 1 digital confirmed. You will be able to download on 8/23.

For those having trouble, you may have to download a free app, then go into your library and then download madden.
