Again, any bugs not reported in the format will be deleted. This will make things easier for the developers to try to recreate, which in turn could lead to quicker fixes.

Bug: Game (not system) froze mid game

Mode: Draft Champions

How: Mid game I ran a play, I can't recall the exact one, then during the 'cut scene' the game froze on me. I was able to still hear the in game sounds, such as me selecting a play and pausing the game but my screen was still frozen on the cut scene. Eventually the sound stopped too.
The xbox dashboard was still functional, so I had to quit the game that way.

Reproduced: Happened twice in EA Access trial.

No picture or video.

EDIT: It happened again, so I messaged my opponent. He said the game froze from him also, and he did not quit. We were entering the second half and I just scored.

Maybe I'm missing something but when I play online head to head.. We can no longer edit our uni's nor can we pick the stadium or weather....

I don't see it anywhere.

Also created a playbook, went online used it. The problem is Im missing entire formations. I go to edit my playbook and my formations are there but when I go to play an actual game then they're missing.

1st time i clicked answer media question, when to th epage but did not load the question or answers.
2nd time during game 4th quarter, after a play the outline of the playcalling box appeared but no plays and the cut scene in background froze. music was still going

Whats the bug? Receiver does aggressive animation makes the catch no one touches him and he is ruled as down by contact

Bug: Can't save changes to coaching schemes in franchise mode

Mode: Connected Franchise (online)

How: You can't save your individual player changes in your coaching scheme (i.e. changing my RDE from a "Balanced 4-3 End" to a "Speed Rusher" or changing my WR from a "Balanced Receiver" to a "Red Zone Threat")

Reproduced: Every time

Changes to my overall scheme will keep, but not changes to individual positions.

All it shows is the rating and stock picture of no one, don't know who the player is or position until I go into a game and depth chart.

Mode: * = all, ^ = only CFM (so far)


1* - Wide camera zooms out even further on any sort of motion and gets stuck there for duration of the play. Very frustrating, since I loved this camera in 15, but the way and distance it zooms out really makes it near unplayable.

2^ - went to replay a play, replay began to run (fast forward) by itself. Ended, could not back out of replay. Could only hide toolbar. Had to close game.

3* - Defensive Holding slider does not save. Always reverts back to 50.

4* - Custom defensive playbooks lose any kick return options beyond two deep middle return and onside kick; lose any clock management play calling options (kneel, spike). This was an old bug that was fixed in 15 but somehow came back for Madden 16.

Probably have videos of all of these because I've been streaming, but they're self explanatory, and 1, 3, and 4 are easily replicated.

Edit: Forgot one.

5^ - Weird player goals. Big Ben got "goal completed" for throwing an interception. No joke. I'm guessing the goal was something like "only throw one interception for the game" which triggered as soon as I threw an INT? Only explanation I have. Also had some show up like "Ben Roethlisberger Goal Failed 0/3 receptions." Might just be a display error on that one.

Bug - Sox length in equipment edit doesn't work for bears and other teams with stripped socks, such as lions, bills, patriots, jets, chiefs and broncos

Mode- Gameplay and edit roster

Can it be recreated - Yes on every team with striped socks

Pictures - Yes.
What the game play looks like with Matt Forte and the Second picture shows how he wears his socks in real games.

players go on hot streaks. sometimes they are confident and play better. so its understandable (and pretty cool) that players sometimes receive ratings boosts because of these factors. whats not cool is to the extent in which these ratings are boosted. if you go into your depth chart during a game of CFM in which your team is blowing out an opponent, the ratings of EVERY PLAYER on your team (not just the ones confident or on a hot streak) are boosted off the charts. I mean literally off the charts. Ratings go over 100. The highest I've seen was 120. For literally every player on your team.

Just because I have a big lead in the 3rd quarter should not make my team super human. Below are screenshots.





Thats right folks. Mark Sanchez 100 throw accuracy. Tim Tebow an elite QB. Matt Barkley a peyton manning 2.0. And Demarco Murray.. clearly on some kind of steroids. Worth mentioning the defenses key ratings are also boosted. Each of my cornerbacks had at least 95 in every coverage rating.

This has happened in multiple games and is really ruining the realism of my otherwise damn near perfect franchise (played 14 games so far, its week 15). Its the most realistic and fun time I've had playing Madden. Except for this.. bug.. or whatever you want to call it.

I didn't see this posted anywhere else and I feel it deserves its on thread for awareness and also to have a discussion about it and possibly come up with a work around.
