Connected Franchise (Stats above 100)

Okay so last year in Madden I noticed that when you change the depth chart from the Franchise menu, you would have different overalls than the depth chart in game. This year in Madden 16 I checked for the same thing and I noticed that the confidence modifier will make people have super high stats. Russell Wilson in my fantasy draft on the franchise menu depth chart has a MAC of 91 after the confidence modifier, but in game this stat is 107, and his short throw is even higher at 116. His overall in game is 101. I was wondering is anyone else is experiencing this?
