What's the penalty for using the Precision Modifier?

In other words, why should I ever NOT use it? It makes moves more effective, but I can't think of any drawback that I've seen mentioned (which usually is the source of balance in this instance-- high risk, high reward).

What's the risk? Why should I ever use a regular juke instead of a precision juke? Does the latter take longer to do (like a move in a fighting game having a longer startup)?

I'm pretty sure that the penalty is an increased chance of fumbling

It uses up more stamina during the play. If you do two precision jukes for instance, you might get caught in the open field since there is no more energy to sprint.

        slows you down. A LOT

most of the precision moves will have your player come to a near complete stop
